Points:
- Cash flow comes very quickly which is one the reasons we are very high on
this program. A Doctor can literally receive a laser and have tens of thousands
of dollars in revenue collected within weeks of saying they want to be involved.
The objective of all of our Doctors is to have generated “break even revenue”
(defined as the cost of the equipment and other expenses) by the end of the
first month.
- Dr. Meadors New Life Laser Media group has been retained to handle all of your
media needs including creation, price negotiation and placement. As a member of
Dr. Meadors’ “team” it is handled for you.
- The television spots being created are of exceptional quality. A sample of a
60-second television ad is included in this section. Dr. Meadors is consistently
differentiating himself from those have come before like Dr. Altadonna, Dr.
Liberti and others through the professionalism of his approach and through the
quality of all of his materials.
- The revenue influx for Dr. Meadors’ Doctors is classic “honeymoon revenue.” A
“new/different” product, new advertising and Dr. Meadors’ closing protocol
(including his Report of Findings) is producing exceptional revenue numbers.
- It makes sense as to why patients are willing to pay cash for this program and
may have balked at paying cash for other programs. Dr. Meadors’ closing protocol
is a two step process. Step 1 makes use of the laser to get the patient out of
pain. The patient (who is no longer in pain) comes back the next day (Step 2)
and reviews the Report of Findings with the Doctor. A person who has been
relieved of pain is a more much more receptive potential patient than one who is
still in pain!
- Doctors who have been struggling with Decompression (or whose Decompression
practices have flat lined) are thriving by adding the additional elements
offered by Dr. Meadors. Please remember that Decompression is never mentioned in
the advertising but the components added by Dr. Meadors have been called the
“missing link” by several Doctors offering Decompression.
- Dr. Meadors’ program is considered by many involved to be the next stage in the
evolution of Decompression. As indicated in earlier material, Decompression is
never mentioned in the advertising but the therapy is essential in the healing
process.
- The number of patients who have been helped out of pain is real as are the
revenue figures generated for the Doctors. Again, this is a program to become
involved with and Dr. Meadors is a Doctor with whom to become affiliated.
- Participation in this program could very well encompass your entire 2010
marketing plan. We are confident that you will generate a minimum of several
hundred thousand dollars in additional revenue
through your involvement in Dr. Meadors’ program in calendar year 2010.
- Several Doctors have said that their practices have
been “reborn” by joining Dr. Meadors’ program. At a minimum,
every practice that that joins will at least be reenergized through the increase
in patient and cash flow. We have all heard the saying that you should affiliate
yourself with winners and avoid those people giving off “negative energy.” You
should take the time to speak with Dr. Meadors. He is the epitome of positive
energy and is the type of “winner” with whom all Doctors should affiliate
themselves.
- If you do participate, you will (very simply)
dominate your market. The laser is a different enough (and the
pitch through the advertisement is unique enough) that patients are coming into
the office. The laser is extremely effective at getting people out of pain and,
once out of pain, patients are willing to sign up for a cash program to stay out
of pain (even in today’s economy).
- In terms of a patient’s willingness to pay, never
underestimate the power (defined in this case as a patient signing up for a cash
program and doing whatever is necessary to stay out of pain) of providing pain
relief to a patient who has been long suffering and who is now out of pain.
- Many of our Doctors have accepted the “work through May” challenge. They are
executing Dr. Meadors’ program and are putting in the hours necessary to do the
evals, treatments etc.. with an initial projected “break date” of Memorial Day.
Their objective is to have generated 400-500K between Jan. 1 and the end of May
and they then plan on taking off or cutting back significantly during June, July
and August. Dr. Meadors’ program is providing them the tools to make that
happen.
- Dr. Meadors is out “front and center” in terms of visibility (national talk
shows etc..). This provides added value and security in several ways in that Dr.
Meadors is certainly in this for the long term and Dr. Meadors will do whatever
is necessary to satisfy his participating Doctors (whatever that takes).
- The marketing possibilities are limitless. The advertising provided by Dr.
Meadors is generating heavy call volume. Imagine, however, a direct mail piece
sent to your existing database with language similar to the following:
We are proud to announce that we have become the exclusive New Life Laser
Treatment Center in the ____ area. We are achieving remarkable results in terms
of immediate pain relief through the Paniflex Treatment protocol using our Class
IV laser. We are the exclusive provider of the Paniflex Treatment protocol in
the ______ area. Please be sure to watch the Sean Hannity Show on ______ and the
Glenn Beck Show on _________ to learn about the Paniflex Treatment and about the
